CLEAR Policy
Terms Of Use
These terms govern your use of CLEAR’s public web surfaces, including CLEAR Home, Hosted Verify, and browser-based compatibility tooling.
Use Of CLEAR Surfaces
- Use CLEAR only for lawful, authorized identity, consent, developer, or testing workflows.
- Provide truthful information and do not impersonate another person, site, or organization.
- Do not attempt to bypass product safeguards, rate limits, attestation requirements, or security controls.
- Do not use browser compatibility paths where the surface says the signed client is required.
Testing, Preview, And Developer Surfaces
Some CLEAR web surfaces are compatibility, preview, or operator tooling rather than the final native experience. They can expose export tools, diagnostics, or pre-release behavior that would not appear in the signed client.
If you register a site, submit support details, or provide testing feedback, you confirm that you are authorized to supply that information and to request the related CLEAR integration work.
Availability And Changes
- CLEAR may update, suspend, or remove public web features when security, compliance, or product changes require it.
- Some workflows depend on third-party sites, authoritative sources, or local browser capabilities that CLEAR does not control.
- Policy, storage, or operational changes may be reflected in updated notices on the affected surfaces.
Contact
If you have legal, privacy, or accessibility questions about CLEAR’s public web surfaces, use the support contact named on the relevant page or the developer/operator contact path provided during your integration process.
